Overview of MCS Plus™ Range

Sukrut MCS+™ UV systems provide high UV dose at high flow rates for reliable protection of all types of water from bacteria, viruses, protozoa, cysts, oocysts, moulds, algae and other microorganisms.

Certified to Australian WaterMark Level1, equivalent to NSF/ANSI 61, Sukrut MCS+™ UV systems are powerful weapons in the war against waterborne diseases.

Features & Benefits

Certified to Australian Water Mark Level1 equivalent to NSF/ANSI 61 – internationally certified quality

You don’t need to worry about the quality of MCS+™ UV systems, because it has already been independently tested by independent, approved laboratories in Australia and certified to WaterMark Level1 equivalent to NSF/ANSI 61 standard.

Superior quality for your peace of mind

Demanding customers in high quality markets refuse to accept poor quality products. This is why Sukrut MCS+™ UV systems are very popular over many years with customers looking for high quality alternatives to European and US UV systems for high flow high UV dose applications. You get the same superior quality proven over the years in high quality markets like Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and South East Asia for a multitude of applications.

High UV dose at specified UVT for reliable protection from waterborne diseases

Different types of water have different levels of UVT. Moreover, the UVT can change over time with changes to source water quality, seasonal factors, maintenance of pre-treatment etc. Sukrut MCS+™ uses multiple powerful UV lamps to deliver uniform UV dose throughout the reactor. Ask your Sukrut UV representative for how to achieve the required UV dose for your type of water.

CDF optimized hydraulics for uniform dose distribution

As water flows through a UV reactor, particles travelling close to the UV lamp get a higher UV dose, while those travelling away from the reactor wall get a lower UV dose. To minimize this effect, Sukrut MCS+™ reactors are optimized with CFD to provide a uniform UV dose distribution. This means there are very places for microbes to hide from lethal UV rays inside an MCS+™ reactor and you can depend on Sukrut MCS+ for protection from waterborne diseases.

Built to last

In addition to electropolished SS316L construction, welds in Sukrut MCS+™ reactors are designed for improved corrosion resistance and further electropolished and passivated to extend the corrosion resistance and useful life for many years to come. Our power supplies are built to international wiring standard AS/NZS3000 to perform well for many years.

10 bar (145PSI) Operating Pressure, Guaranteed

Sukrut MCS+™ UV systems are guaranteed to work at 10 bar operating pressure when installed and used correctly. If your application requires higher operating pressure (e.g. high pressure systems for large buildings), please contact your Sukrut UV representative.

Easy to Install

Sukrut MCS+™ UV systems are easy to install. The quartz tube automatically finds its place and flexible SS316L brackets let you install the Sukrut MCS+™ UV unit the way you want.

Easy to use

Sukrut MCS+™ power supply comes standard with UV lamp status indicators, audio-visual UV lamp fail alarm, UV lamp change reminder, overheat protection UV systems have a view port/UV sensor port for visual confirmation of UV lamp operation.
