Sukrut UViTeC™ uses several features including dished ends and collared water fittings for superior hygiene inside the reactor. Dished end reactors don’t have crevices like flat end reactors hence are superior.

Internally & externally electropolished SS316L for long life

SS316L construction is only the start. Welds of Sukrut UViTeC™ reactors are designed for improved corrosion resistance and further electropolished and passivated to extend the corrosion resistance and useful life of the Sukrut UVITEC™ reactors.

Sukrut UVITEC™ UV systems are guaranteed to work at 10 bar operating pressure when installed and used correctly.

Easy to Install

Sukrut UVITEC™ UV systems are easy to install because of bottom entry design which fits in most piping designs. The quartz tube automatically finds its place and flexible SS316L brackets let you install the Sukrut UVITEC™ unit the way you want.

Easy to use

Sukrut UVITEC™ power supplies have system status LED indicators, UV lamp hour counter, UV lamp change reminder, UV lamp fail alarm as standard. Optionally, you can order a UV intensity sensor and monitor. All UViTeC™ reactors have a standard view port/UV sensor port for visual confirmation of UV lamp operation.

We offer a wide choice of power supplies ranging from simple power supplies, to PLC driven power supplies with UV intensity sensor and data logging capability. Discuss your requirements with your Sukrut UV representative for the best match.
